Maintenance: Clean the caster wheel and rig of debris from time to time. Remove caster from scaffold frame and grease stem from time to time. when transporting scaffolds, do not rifle the frame with casters installed, into the back of the truck. You run a good chance of banging the caster into something and damaging your equipment. Placing too great a load on the scaffold will also damage the caster. While each caster has a 309 lb. load capacity xceeding the 600 lb. load capacity of the unit is not recommended. As with all quality tools, proper maintenance and care will greatly prolong the longevity of your casters. |
