Mark Whittle - Chairman / Owner.

Mark graduated from Okanagan College Business Administration Program with a major in Marketing.
With over 30 years of marketing experience he has set up and operated numerous companies.
Mark is the co-founder and chairman of the Falcon Group of companies.

Chris Gillam - General Manager.

Chris has been with Falcon for over 6 years.

He brings 40 years of experience in a variety of manufacturing production
environments as well as Facility management. Responsible for all aspects of the facility and equipment.

Garth Papp - National Sales Manager.

Garth has over 17 years of experience in the Ladder & Scaffold Industry with Falcon.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand our customer base
In charge of all truckload sales as well as freight logistics.

Larry Barr - Dealer Sales.

Larry has been with Falcon for over 12 years.
Responsible for Phone and Counter sales.
Over sees and programs production department daily.
Co-ordinates everyday shipping from Falcon.

Bernie MacDonald - Purchasing Agent.

Bernie has been with the company 10 years.Responsible for purchasing of raw materials and supplies for Falcon Ladder & Scaffold.
Coordinates all the logistics on in-come Container shipment.

Peter Nystoruk – Fiberglass –Pultrusion.

Peter has over 23 years of experience  in pultruding,  and is one of the most experienced Fiberglass Pultruders in the Canada. Has developed many products from concept to full scale production.

Wade Clement -  President of Water-Jet Cutting Ltd.

Wade has over 20 years of Water- Jet and Fabrication experience.
Responsible for product design, Fabricating and equipment maintenance and repair.
